This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between DSE and you, the individual or entity enrolling in our services ("you", "your", or "Student").
1. Introduction This Agreement governs your use of DSE’s online English language instruction services, including live classes, self-study courses, and related offerings. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions ● Classes: Live online English language instruction sessions provided by DSE via [specify platform, e.g., Zoom].
● Course: A structured series of Classes or self-study materials designed to achieve specific learning objectives.
● Services: All offerings provided by DSE, including live Classes, self-study Courses, and related content.
● Self-Study Course: Pre-recorded content and materials for independent learning.
● Grace Period: The seven (7)-day period following your initial enrollment during which
you may cancel without penalty.
● Eastern Time (ET): The time zone used for all scheduling and communications, based
on Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5) or Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4), as applicable.
3. Time Zone Standardization
All times referenced in messages, schedules, and communications are in Eastern Time (ET), aligning with the time zone used in New York and Miami.
4. Cancellations and Course Modifications ● Grace Period: You may cancel your enrollment without penalty within seven (7) days of initial sign-up by providing written notice to policy@doorservicenglish.com.
● Post-Grace Period: After the Grace Period, a thirty (30)-day written notice is required for cancellations, sent to policy@doorservicenglish.com.
● Clear Communication: Verbal or implied cancellations will not be accepted; written notice is required.
5. Rescheduling of Classes
● Private Classes: Rescheduling requires twelve (12) working hours’ notice via WhatsApp (+1-305-381-2844) or email (policy@doorservicenglish.com) and must occur within thirty (30) days or before the next payment, whichever is sooner.
● Group Classes: Individual rescheduling is not permitted, but with twelve (12) hours’ notice, DSE may provide a courtesy Class or recording at its discretion.
● Pending Classes: Classes marked "Pending" must be rescheduled promptly to avoid forfeiture.
6. Attendance Reports and Fees
● Requesting Reports: Attendance reports for past group Classes cost $1 per Class, payable in advance via [specify payment method].
● Example: A report for 40 Classes costs $40.
7. Payments and Currency Conversion
● Currency: All payments are in U.S. dollars (USD); conversion costs are your responsibility.
● Scheduling: Classes must be scheduled within forty-eight (48) hours of the placement test, or missed Classes may be forfeited without delaying billing.
● Billing Cycle: Payments are due monthly on the initial payment date.
8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Communications You consent to AI-driven communications (calls, texts, emails) for marketing and updates. Opt out by contacting policy@doorservicenglish.com.
9. Legal Disputes and Litigation ● Dispute Resolution: Contact policy@doorservicenglish.com first; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Volusia County, Florida.
● Costs: The losing party pays all litigation costs.
● Jurisdiction: Governed by Florida law.
10. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Education
AI may be used in teaching and assessments. DSE is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
11. Class Recordings and Background Etiquette
● Recordings: All Classes are recorded (audio and visual) and are DSE’s property. They may be distributed for marketing, resale, or pre-recorded Courses for self-study learners or teachers.
● Consent: Participation implies consent to recording your voice and likeness.
● Privacy: DSE will attempt to conceal personal information (e.g., emails, phone numbers,
names), but you must avoid sharing sensitive details.
● Etiquette: Ensure an appropriate background; disruptive noise or visuals may result in
muting or removal.
12. Ideas Taught and Disclaimer
Opinions: Ideas taught (e.g., personal, professional, financial, medical, legal topics) are opinions, not advice, even if not stated repeatedly.
Clarification: Teachers will clarify this if asked explicitly, but content is general, not tailored to you individually. Liability: DSE is not responsible for actions taken based on these ideas.
13. Late Arrivals and Class Timing Punctuality: Classes start on the hour and end one minute before. Late arrivals after twenty (20) minutes are not admitted.
Instructor Delay: Instructors have a three-minute grace period; contact the coordinator at +1-305-381-2844 if delayed.
14. Holidays and Schedule Adjustments Holidays: No Classes on U.S. federal holidays. Changes: DSE may adjust schedules or terms without notice, posted on our website.
15. Intellectual Property and Content Usage Ownership: All materials are DSE’s copyrighted property.
Restrictions: No sharing or reproduction without permission.
Self-Study Access: Granted until December 31, 2025, renewable per Section 25.
16.Service Disruptions and Credit Policies Disruptions: Credits issued within fourteen (14) days for DSE’s failure to provide scheduled Classes. No Refunds: Credits are the sole remedy.

18. Limitation of Liability DSE’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve (12) months, excluding indirect damages.
19. Indemnification You indemnify DSE against claims from your use of the Services or breaches of this Agreement.
20. Governing Law Florida law governs this Agreement.
21. Entire Agreement This Agreement and the Privacy Policy are the full understanding between you and DSE.
22. Severability Invalid provisions are struck; the rest remain enforceable.
23. Waiver Non-enforcement of a provision is not a waiver unless in writing.
24. Amendments DSE may amend terms, effective upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.
25. Self-Study Course Renewal ● Access: Valid until December 31, 2025.

26. Force Majeure
DSE is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters).
